  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment shows no signs of wear or perfume.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
